EVM Rail has its own instructors and examiners certified by the Italian National Safety Agency (ANSF) and a multimedia room perfectly equipped to carry out the training and maintenance of skills of its train drivers and preparing trains staff.

The multimedia room has a capacity of 20 workstations and a dining room equipped with every comfort is also available to the trainees.

This training is aimed at obtaining the qualification to driving freight trains by EVM Rail and therefore at the achievement by the drivers of the European Driver's License and the Harmonized Complementary Certificate of train driving or the qualification for train preparation, that is the achievement of the skills to perform the safety activities necessary for the execution the train.

In addition, if requested by the customers, EVM Rail can also provide competence for the maintenance of skills of external personnel, compatible with the regulations issued by the National Safety Agency.
